Jeez, that's sad. Is there nothing else available? I hate to rub it in, but I have Verizon FiOS 300 Mbps, and it only costs me $20 after various discounts (full price would be $60).

I have so much freakin' bandwidth that I am able to share my WiFi with a neighbor across the hall in my apartment building who has fallen on hard times and have no lag in service (and I stream a lot of video through my Roku, as well as spending hours on end on my Chromebook).
