How to share an image

I would like to share an image with another board host group. I have my images in my email or FB. Can I do it from there? If so how.

Back in the webtv days I had a website to hold my images because I created a website and had a lot of them. So it was easy to simply share the URL. But I don't have that now and I don't have a URL.
