I had tried using the memory stick that I know for sure works. I can create and re-create it on my old CB, but on the new, the download just never begins, nor when I try it on the MAC. One can create them on a MAC or PC, just add the Recovery Utility extension to the Chrome browser.

Now on my Old CB, knowing it works there, I tried doing the manual thang, changing the type, model of CB to my new from the drop down list, etc, but then again will not even begin.

I did read that Google no longer supports the Recovery Utility App or soon won't, so use the extension. Looks the same, but no workie :-)
