BK you stated you take your cb updates from the gear icon on your cb, that's why you get a restart button, I get restart too when I use the gear. If you were taking the update from the 3 dots on your chrome browser, you would be asked to relaunch and yes Firefox has a Restart button, not a relaunch button.
