I just finished talking to Ben who's in charge over at helio and this is the latest:  Previous Message Sparkie has 6 hard drives in 3 different raid arrays. DS1 and DS3 are fine, but DS2 (where Johnny and the VPN were) is broken right now. We're hopeful we can get it working again though. The data should still be in there somewhere. We just need to get the raid array to rebuilt.
