I was getting that message on my old Dell laptop using a old version of the chrome browser which I couldn't update so I changed to Firefox which I used for about a week till it tried updating which it couldn't so I started getting that message on Firefox too.

It's what happens when you have a laptop or desktop or chromebook that has an old processor in it.

On the other hand with installing the chrome os on the Dell, the browser is updating and I can get into all websites, my only problem is that the processor on the Dell is old/small and slow so I get freeze ups if I try doing more than one thing at a time. I can only open two tabs at a time if neither one is loaded with images or videos, if they both are than the laptop freezes. At least it unfreezes on it's own after about 40 seconds so I don't have to shut down when it freezes.
