I sent Google a message about the Clear History not working, and I haven't heard anything yet from them.
I could click the dots after each item in my history and clear them one at a time.
But if I clicked Clear history it would just sit there spinning forever and never clear anything.
SO I did a POWER-WASH, and that fixed the problem.
