Is the box below the witch moving and talking or just staring at you?

If he is not talking it is because Google doesn't like for you to play sound on web pages.
To make him talk you have to allow sound in your settings.

To do that you click the little triangle at the top of the page to the left of Not Secure.
Then go down to Site Settings.
Click that and go down to Sound and change that to Allow.
Then Back yourself out of there and Reload.
