I HAD to get a new one because the Old One had started to buckle at the trackpad, so that it no longer closed snuggly.

After showing a relative a picture of its condition they got money together to get me a new one that they were willing to pay for....NO $400 dollar Chromebooks. Got it for $155.50 via Amazon. I'm not sneezing ...

Use Thumbdrives? Okay, I'll look into that ...I have some from the days when I had a Vista ( my first computer), a Win7 which ran into a virus it couldn't shake,and my Win10 which is now considered too old to sneeze...that is stored in a closet somewhere.

I have portable harddrives and thumbdrives,..however, I moved so they're in containers somewhere around here.
