I'm not sure when I first created my test group but I think it was about 8 years ago, anyway I check in on it a few times a year and there are times that a year goes by without me posting anything and it still exists.

Back when webtv close their does, which now that I think of it, is probably when I made my test group in order to help a friend make one, about a year or two after that quite a few groups were suddenly closed down by Broadhost. I'm not sure if those were doing something against Broadhosts terms. I do know some of them were seldom posted in but others had daily posts, I have a feeling some were closed because they were linking to graphics that weren't theirs are weren't hosted by them.
