See that little triangle that says Not Secure.
You start by clicking that.
Every web site that is playing sound has to be given permission. Google hates music.

Then you go down and click site settings.
Next in Privacy and Security you go down to sound.
You change that to Allow. Allow (default) isn't good enough to play sound on a web page.

P.S. The reason my two web servers say not secure is, they are http and not https.
The morons at Google think every web site that isn't https is trying to hack your computer.
