Yes there are, something like a B&B that has 2 dials, one is for power decrease for the entire run so you don't leave and run on full voltage. The other dial allows you to delay the full power for a certain amount of time you select then goes to full power. Contact David Simpson on FB he's doing them now. I have one and they work great.
