Semi-Finalists were Travis Reising and Cuda, with the final Randy "Randy Always Wins" Speiring (DI 1.058 1.061 ET RT 017) taking down Ryan Zermero (DI 1.226 1.237 ET RT 057).
Next up was 1.090 Index with Rick "Wildman" Wiley defeating Martin Zitko in one semi-final and JR Mora taking out Art Shaw in the other semi, Wildman winning with a breakout 1.066 .021 light over JR's -.024 red light 1.099 ET.
Next was Super Gas 1.200. Semi-finalists were Eugene Gray and Ruben, with JR Mora getting redemption over his 1.090 loss by beating Shon Sims, .017 1.284 over .097 1.279.
Last was Super Street 1.400, which finished with an unusual twist, as one lane failed just at the start of the semis. Hey, "stuff" happens. No one's fault. Final 4 was Art Shaw, Don Leath Jr, and Wildman with 2 cars. Racers determined best package wins, so single car runs where made, with Art Shaw picking up the win with a .005 light, 1.406 ET, finishing for an .011 package.
Good to see the racers there, was a lot of fun. And a big thanks again to Debbie and Jim for giving us a great place to race.
