these motors are pretty much tamper proof, even if you did get into it
there is nothing to be done that would make it preform any better.
brushless motors have a torque "curve" unlike our brushed motors that pretty much spike at the hit. this setup will advance the timeing as it goes down track!

there is NOTHING to maintain other than to oil the ballbearings in the end bells.
