Another beautiful So Cal weekend for Racing at BPIR

We started the day off running Super Gas 1.200 with Art Shaw and Big Dog squaring off in the finals with Big Dog taking the win ruining 1.216 with a .004 lite over Art's 1.221 and .007 lite
Wow!!! Awesome race.

Next up 1.090 Index had Rick Balwin and Big Dan Craft two of the most dangerous racers at the Park meeting in the finals with Rick taking the win running 1.100 with a .037 lite over Dan's 1.098 and a .112 lite.

Next Quick16 Index with a minimum .950 dial- in, we had a little excitement in the qualifying round when Gary Lum's .535 qualifying pass might have tattooed the the Coke machine at the end of the track if not for the pillows.
I think that .535 pass woke everyone up and got the other qualifiers focused, the finals came down to Rick T-Nasty Truman against Big Dan Craft, Rick got the win when Dan broke out running .928 on a .930 dial-in and to make matters worse he had a .004 lite wow!!! I feel your pain on that one.

Finishing the night off with Brackets each of last the 4 racers have been in the winner's circle more than a few times Rick B., Big Dan, Gary Lum and Big Dog.
Rick B. finished third with Dan taking fourth place, in the finals we had a rematch of the finalists in Brackets two weeks ago when Gary Lum took the win over Big Dog well I guess you can say pay back is a dog this time Big Dog gets the win running 1.390 on a 1.385 dial .016 lite over Gary's .932 on a .920 dial .022 lite.

Thanks again to Rick Balwin for directing the races it was also good to see Rick moving around without pain in his leg.

Next weeks schedule 1.200, 1.300, 1.500 and Brackets
Have a Blessed week.
