How tall and wide of a tire are you talking about? Let me explain why your goal isn't very doable.
1. The best Econo Pro Stocks have run .9teens and there are only a few racers in the whole country that have done that's it's not easy to do.
2. The very best SS/D-GTD racers in the country running fully built D can motors with shimmed strong magnets have run .880s and 90s. and there are only a very small amount of them that have run those numbers.
My suggestion is to blueprint a fx motor and install either a Boss 490 arm or a S16C arm in it either will put you in the .8s.
Disclaimer they will run those numbers if you have a good working chassis and know how to properly glue your car.
