How about heading down from John & Fiza's to Harrop Brook :-the bluebells in Harrop Wood should be impressive. We could follow the valley down towards Bollington, and then head back to Rainow via Oakenbank Lane to Rainow. About 4.5 miles and a choice of Poachers or Robin Hood for a drink

Suggest we meet at 18:30 on the lane just behind the Robin Hood in Rainow and walk over to John & Fiza's.
