All right pipples, it is happening.

I am now the board admin. You will note that the advertisements are still there, which doesn't bother me, but if there is sufficient complaining I will remove them.

REGISTRATION AND A WORKING E-MAIL ADDRESS IS NOW REQUIRED TO POST. (The latter just to register, mind you.) E-mail addresses will not show up when you post, nor will IP addresses (this is an important change for some people). Even if you do not register you will be allowed to view the board, just not post.

Once you register, I will be notified and will (probably) approve your registration. This is all highly experimental and it may all go disastrously wrong. If all else fails I will revert to a no-registration system.

In addition, new co-admins are being added. At the moment Snake, Dekadens, BigBadBear, and Ethereal are mods and I have more in mind. They will have janitorial powers and will largely just sweep up the hopefully diminished amount of crap that ends up here thanks to a certain poster.

There will be an initial unavoidable delay to posting due to the new need to register. The hope is that once the most prolific posters are registered, things will return to normal.

The best way to reach me in the event of a problem, if you can't text me, is to send me a PM on Furaffinity or Eka's. My name is Strega there too, naturally.

Edit: What do you know? While registration is a bit of an annoyance, it gets rid of the CAPTCHA -and- there is a PM system I hadn't known about. Some unanticipated positives. 83

Personally from my experience as staff elsewhere, registration can help filter out a lot of problems AND gives admin some options for trolls and asshats. Glad to see it.

two days in and Strega already lets in a giant man eating lion.. there goes the neighborhood..into a stomach
