I did point out that Asian people with slighter builds are more likely to be swallowed by giant snakes than caucasian adult males. I am also aware of all the same accounts you mentioned. Most are not acknowledged in the scientific community, probably because there are so many hoaxes, and in the cases that *might* have really happened, the snake is allegedly killed and the body retrieved before there are any reliable people on the scene to document the case. All of this doesn't change the fact that snakes, and reptiles in general are predators that very often swallow their prey alive, and therefore are one of the best creatures to imagine realistic vore 'fantasies', the problem is just in our day and age, adult humans are too large for nearly all known species to ever swallow alive.
