Based on actual snake head to prey girth ratios, if the largest of known anacondas or certain pythons were 'tricked' into swallowing an average human adult (feet tied to a normal prey animal it swallows head first), then yes, this would eliminate the shoulder problem, providing the arms were bound to the body so the snake wouldn't be halted by the extended arms.
Doing such a thing is still a literal fantasy, du to legality, rarity of really large pythons in cpativity, etc. People who imagine such things also seem unaware of how large the teeth of snake that big really are. It would be like being stabbed to death by a hundred ice picks.
As for the Godzilla thing, true also, just as the impossiblity of giant humanoids/anthros. Science in some cases can be wrong however. For many years scientists flatly stated that nothing larger than a pterosaurs of ca. 20 foot wingspan could ever fly...... and then fossils of flying pterosaurs literally twice that wingspan has since been discovered.
I find it amusing how quick Strega is to tell people they are wrong, when virtually everything he writes or draws is also scientically impossible. And when people tell him so in well thought out reviews of his work, he flys into an incredile rage and threatens to get them banned from the forum which the review was written in. That is also one of the reasons why this is such a dead site now, compared to what it once was.
A classic case of "the pot calling the kettle black"
