Nah, The "cooking people" community is pretty distinct from the furry vore community, and it's clear that they nailed him because he had elaborate plans to kill and eat women, including their names, addresses and so on. That's a world of difference from drawing or enjoying pictures of dragons eating furries or whatever. While I share your worry that the "fantasy can be a crime" thing could conceivably extend past child porn to vore, I don't think this case is anything to worry about unless you do the sorts of things that got this guy nailed.
