Happy Belated Birthday Natanya.

I pray this special day for you was just as enjoyable as all the other days. Man, its been so hot these last couple of weeks, it’s hard for me to celebrate anything. I don’t do heat well. Plus when its hot out her in Daygo, it’s unusual. when I walk outside my door, I first Peep, then look through the scrubs outside my door, and then run to my car. Then, because I park on the streets I have to walk in the middle of the streets and look underneath it to make sure I do not see anything rattling. True Story. Have to Remember San Diego, homes are surrounded by Canyon, and when its hot, or the city is working in the Canyon snakes what’s to come out. I’ve been praying that I DO NOT see them ever again. I don’t live in the country, as someone once told me. L. A. Has alleys, New York has parks on every corner, we have deep canyons in back yards, around the corner, up the street, Behind Schools, etc. I enjoy seeing the deers and their Fawns but not snakes. Years ago one was underneath our car, and I called my neighbor from Wisconsin's and ask him to bring his dog buddy. He had covid so I told him to stay home. Seriously. I then called the snake catcher here in my neighborhood, and he told me broke his ankle/foot in 4 different places trying to catch a snake. Guest his prices…..500.00 for one snake.

Anyway enough about that. I am planning on coming to Friendship Baptist in a couple of months, so hopefully I will get a chance to see you there. I was watching the sermon on YouTube today and saw my granddaughter doing her praise dance today. Made me cry a bit. 😢 They want her to do a solo, so I told her if you do the solo I will definitely drive up there on two wheels to watch you perform. Even if she doesn’t, I’m still coming. I for sure will let you know what day!
