For some reason I just can’t understand some people way of thinking. You threaten me, then you want me to help you get a job in the most desperate way possible. Big Ten 75, Over the pass month, We have been getting inundated with many calls, sometimes 3-4 calls from the same candidate(s) seeking to get recommendations for dude ( mentioned in earlier post). Calls from Michigan, Illinois, and some other States that I cant remember. Now granted my personal phone number is listed in the DNC Profiles and candidates have access to all candidates phone number, right?

Ok, got home scrubbed my personal emails and this pops up. Im like….what the heck!!!!!!!. So I get this………..from dude…….

First off, I just wanted to check in and say I hope you’ve been doing okay personally. I know everything surrounding the campaign isn’t easy, especially after how much energy and heart goes into it. I genuinely appreciated the opportunity to work alongside you and be part of the effort.

I’ve been discussing some of the work we did on the campaign and a few people may be reaching out to you regarding my time there, so I wanted to give you a quick heads up beforehand. The experience was incredibly meaningful for me professionally, and I’ve always spoken very highly of you and the team.

………First and foremost my team and I treated him well. Paid him good. Gave him all the passwords except to my financials, which that was the first thing he asked for. Red flags!!!!

My team and I worked hard, traveled all over the place to the point of exhaustion, and he did absolutely nothing. Gossiping. And he wants me to give him a good recommendations.

With all this being said, let me tell you what I had to do. I had to ignore every single one of the candidate calls that reached out to me because I did not want to really tell them how bad he really was, not to mentioned the threat I received. I can’t do other folks like that. He told me he worked for Ruben Gallego campaign. Who dont he use Ruben as a reference. Can you imagine me LYING about how wonderful he is and please hire him.
