OK so I hired dude to work for me, right? Out of a hundred applicants he was the better one. Hired him, Give him his job duties, responsibilities and other things I needed him to do. Im running here and there, flying there and here and told him, here you go, have at. Told him I’ll zoom a meeting this Friday so have answer and results for me. Friday rolls around, we talk, so I asked him what have you done for me lately. He gossiping on the other people. So I said, did you call Ben at this place and have you set up these interviews for me. Told he do it next week. Ok cool. I hired some more people met, and at our next meeting I said to him, so did you get a hold of dude, and where are you at the action items. He told me, instead of you hiring those people give me their work and I can be your jack of all trade. So I said ok, Imma change your title give you more money, and I want to see results by this Friday. Will talk. Ok Im doing this and that, and that and this, and people are reaching out to me for meetings, interviews, etc. Ok by Friday, I’m tired, got home and told dude let’s talk on Monday. Monday rolled around, and we talked. Did you get a hold of the web designer, and how about These people. They are waiting from a response from me. And I gave this action to you. Did you do it. Said no. Started gossiping again about this person being gay, this person grandfather is a terrorist, and so on. I said I already know them, and their personal life is their personal life. If they want to fight amongst themselves Klee them. they dont concern me, what concern me is what I asked you to do for me. Look yall dude asked me did I do it. So I said to him, let me get back to you.
See ya’ll, like I said it’s my voice. Boo Boo the Fool. I left my interviews drive to La Jolla to Starbucks. Sat down took a deep breathe, open my laptop and terminated his employment contract. Within seconds, after sending him the email, he called me.
