With My Deepest Sympathy and Condolences, I was very sorry to hear of our Classmate Collett Wither's passing. This has been a very sad time for our Class of 1975; we have had (2) female classmates' pass away in a week's time. I met Collett in 7th Grade at Willowbrook Jr. High School. At Willowbrook Junior High & at Centennial High School, Collett was always full of joy. Collett was smart and sweet. She was just a nice person all around and was very easy going. Collett always had a beautiful smile on her face when she greeted you and she was just a joy to be around. At Willowbrook Junior High, I remember Collett and I were in many Clubs together (I especially remember that we were both in the Willowbrook Honor Society together). I am also glad to have seen Collect at our Class Reunions and our Centennial High School events over the years. The last time that I saw Collett was in 2012 at the 1st C.H.S. All-Alumni Picnic. When I reflect on our Classmates' passing I keep saying oh my goodness, our time here on earth is just winding up much too fast & much too soon. Our time here on earth is surely just much too short. It truly hurts to hear of another Dear Classmate Friend of ours passing away. Once again, this really has been a very hard and shocking week for our Class of 1975 with (2) Female Classmates passing away just days apart of each other'. Although I realize that we all will have our final day on earth; I am still in shock (mentally & emotionally) & I'm very surprised to hear this news (much too soon ![]() To our Classmate & Sister Collett, may you R.I.P.!! To The Withers & Jones Family and Friends of Collett: Please know that our prayers are with all of you. Dear Lord, we Collett's "Class of 1975" Classmates & Apache Alumni come lifting the Withers & Jones Family up to You in prayer at this very difficult and sorrowful time. Lord, we ask that you would bring Your comfort and Your peace that passes all understanding to the Withers & Jones Family; as well as to Collett's Class of 1975 Classmates and any and all others who right now are remembering Collett and are right now mourning her loss. Dear Lord, we ask that you would wrap Your loving arms around everyone and comfort them Lord (especially Collett's daughter & grandchildren, her Cousin & our Classmate Tara Jones & Family). Lord, we know that nothing catches You unaware. Lord, we know that you are in control always and that Your plans are not our plans. Lord, we ask that you give the family and all those that love Collett Your abiding peace that passes all understanding. Lord, we ask that their memories of our/and their loved one Collett will forever sustain them as time marches on and as they begin to put one foot in front of the other and slowly move forward until the mourning of our/their loved one lingers no more. Lord, may their beautiful memories of Collett remain always. Lord, we thank You for the ability to come before Your throne of grace in prayer and Dear Lord we ask that You would have mercy on all of the souls who read this prayer. Lord let them know that it is never to late for them to turn their lives over to you Dear Lord. Lord your word says in Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus Christ, and shall believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shall be saved. Lord, your word says that prayer changes things. Lord, we touch and agree, and Lord, we ask this prayer with much hope and faith in the Sweet, Holy, Gracious and Precious Name of Jesus. Amen and Amen. To God Be The Glory Forever and Ever!! God bless the Withers and Jones Family!! Love and Blessings, Phoebe "God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble."
