Each time I come on the board I keep forgetting to give you a tad bit of information you may find useful for the Alumni Committee. If the committee is interested in applying for and receiving grants for your non-profit organization I know someone who is really good in finding grants for what you do. When I finally asked her what exactly she do in life, she told me she was a grant writer/administrator. I asked her what that entails and she told me she find grants for schools, business, non-profits, etc. grants she find for companies/non-profits ranges anywhere from 5 mil on up. When she told me this i immediate thought about the Alumni Committee. You probably already have a grant writer, and if so disregard. just thought i just pass it on. Its amazing how networking works...if that makes sense.
