I recently attended a meeting to address this very issue with this specific family. My church is in Yorba Linda and the issue is very real in Orange County. It was very hard for me to even talk about the racism I have faced going to college in Orange County. I have experienced raciam personally on so many levels. Whether it was at college, in the surrounding neighborhoods and cities in Orange County, on the job, in the stores. It is alive and well. At the meeting I heard so many other stories of recent events, which was totally shocking.

It's a shame that we now have to deal with this even in our old neighborhoods.
