Yes, it could be a state visit from or to Spain will be the occassion to wear the Spanish tiara.

We don't know of course but it could also be that the Belgian king and queen buy a new tiara for their eldest daughter.
Just like king Albert and Queen Paola did for princess Claire.

Well, only time will tell...
