I think the likely option is going to be the Wolfers necklace/tiara of Queen Fabiola that has been worn by Queen Mathilde. I hope however that Fabiola left the Spanish wedding gift tiara to Philippe and Mathilde as well or possibly to Elisabeth directly. The full coronet version might be a bit much but the floral tiara setting with aquamarines might be a grand first tiara for the heiress of the Belgian throne.
Queen Fabiola also had a number of diamond daisies. If they were mounted on a frame that might make for a nice tiara for a young princess.
The Art deco bandeau of Queen Elisabeth is now owned by Queen Paola she has loaned the tiara to Mathilde, Astrid and Elisabetta so would she loan it to her granddaughter?
Finally there was the emerald/diamond necklace/tiara of Queen Astrid. Not worn since princess Lilian the diamond version might be another suitable tiara for the young Duchess.
Unfortunately the family did not buy any of the pieces inherited by Queen Marie-Jose of Italy. Her daughter sold three pieces with Belgian roots: the Leuchtenberg Diamond tiara of the count of Flanders, the Pearl tiara of Stephanie of Baden and the Turquoise demi-parure of the countess of Flanders.
All three would have been amazing additions to the limited collection of the Belgian monarchy and suitable for a young woman.
