In the Netherlands queen Juliana wore it on the evening of her inauguration as queen, during 1 of the events around her silver wedding and at this state portrait. On the other hand I don't know if there were photo's taken during the state banquets in th 50's and 60's. May be queen Juliana wore this tiara during state banquets in that time?
Regarding the other Royal family´s with big tiara's reserved for the queen (Sweden and Luxembourg) Queen Silvia made a tradition by wearing the Brazillian tiara at almost all incoming state visits by monarchs and wore it IIRC only outside when the Swedish royal couple paid a state visit to Denmark.
Grand duchess Maria-Teresa wore the Russian tiara for the first time in The Hague during the state visit from GD Henri to Queen Beatrix. And wore it only for a state portrait in Luxembourg. I believe only King Juan-Carlos and Quen Beatrix paid a state visit to GD Henri so far. And back then she wore other tiara´s during these state banquets.
Well let's wait and see what will happen in the Netherlands. So far it still is in the safe for more than 40 years...
