I never was a new kid on the block as I went thru school in my growing up home town.

In business, I learned from the get go when I changed jobs just a few times, to go into it not acting like I knew anything and let myself be taught. It wasn't always easy but I managed. Being talked down to was not comfortable but helped me remember how it felt when I was put in a position to train. Made that job easier for all of us.
