My goal right now is to outlive my Hb, as coarse and unfeeling as that sounds. But there is a reason.

Hb has written his will and I get everything, but if I die, Kathy my rogue, estranged step-daughter and his POA gets everything.

I have written my will and in it I have left a generous amount to the the woman and friend who has opened her home to my dogs when I was forced by Kathy to rehome them. I also left money to my niece and biker husband and their sons for all the help they been to me. I also left money to 2 no kill dog rescues, PBS, a local women's healthcare charity and to my BIL for all the help they have given me.

Kathy and her kids got a piddly amount just so she can't contest the will. She has caused so much grief and unhappiness and she and her kids never came around.
