Italian - Lasagna, ravioli, spaghetti, macaroni, etc. etc.
BTW, pasta was invented in China. Marco Polo introduced pasta to Italy by bringing noodles, and the recipe to make pasta. The Italians then made all sorts of dishes from pasta.
