I believe God made other worlds. If, like in our scriptures, he made them in His image, they would likely look a whole lot like we do.

I know there are things on the planet that have lived ages without too many run-ins with us humans...I know Something scared the bejabbers out of me and my family late one night in a rest area outside of Grants Pass, OR.

Ghosts? or Entities of good or evil? Possibly; the Bible tells of such...I believe our departed friends and family can reach us with warnings. But I'd be super careful of things that go bump in the night or manifests in some form of vapor...Satan can do a few things if you invite him.
