Salt is everywhere! I can't believe how much they promote "sea salt" these days. They even sell chocolate with sea salt!! People are starting to think that "sea salt" is a safer version of salt. Salt is Sodium Chloride. "Sea salt" is Sodium Chloride. It is just as unhealthy!
