Do you have any allergies that you know of?

I really sympathize with those who do. I had a reaction once when I spent a week on the uppermost point of Oregon when their hay and alfalfa were in full bloom. My eyes swelled I couldn't breathe and talk at the same time, and it was hard to be there.

I get gout pain and charley horses when I have any shellfish/crab/shrimp/oysters. It's said those are high in cholesterol. I guess that may not be an allergy.
