I determined I would build a predator-proof coop for my chickens and ducks and geese. I had corrugated metal slats across the top. I was holding the last sheet of it, ready to position it to nail it down, it slipped and hit me in the throat. Luckily it didn't have space enough to pick up more momentum, and it only left a bloody line across my throat. It could have been a lot worse.
