like it did when you were younger? I eat differently. My folks had 3 big meals every day, and tiny meals in between (Dad was a diabetic). The older I got, the more I cut out eating. I quit eating meat when I was 13, but for a little now and then. It caused my immune system to shut down so I contracted Hepatitis. I turned bright orange and tried to die. Thank God I got past it. Still quit breakfasts and tried valiantly to not have sweets and starches.
