Yes - very much so. You can complain all you want about the problems that there are in America but our goal is always to find and fix any problems. Our generosity to other nations in need is unmatched. You hear people argue that things are so much better in Russia, or China (???) Or they argue that socialism accomplishes great things in the Scandinavian countries. Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland were never socialist countries. They were always 100% capitalist countries. People mistake "social programs" for a socialist economy. By that reasoning, America is a socialist country too because we have programs like social security, welfare, medicaid, medicare, etc, etc.
