On a 1-10 scale, what is your pain today?

Mine is 10. I know I need to have it replaced, but I've fought hard not to, as the first one kept dislocating and that was excruciating pain and a trip to the Er each time. But today seems like either I'm losing the battle, or I'll be in bed the rest of my days. If I can get there. I'm alone and would have to call to get my son over to help me get up on my bed.
