Afraid I burned out my family when I was pregnant. I read that iron was good for people and I knew liver provided iron. So I cooked it once a week. My whole family hates liver with a passion. I soaked it in milk, threw away the milk and carmelized the onion, added it to browned bacon and poured it over the fried liver. I liked it, but they sure don't.
