Silly??? Crazy maybe. Took a fall and tried to catch myself with my legs which just propelled me into flight slamming me flat on my back after hitting a built-in book shelf with my head,ne c k and shoulders.It was like a full body slam.

Nothing in the floor to cause a trip or misstep just that I started to bend down and BAM.Spinal fractures are not fun!!!
