I chose not to attend a cousin's funeral.I don't think funerals are a "have-to" even if it is family.

During covid I attended twentysome funerals mostly family and close acquaintances within a month.Now I only attend if I want to and or am not sick.I personally do not think it is disrespectful to not attend.
