Amazing! Did you tell anyone in authority about it?

My friends and I were driving into Port Orford when in the night sky way up, we saw a light and suddenly from the ground two other smaller lights hit it. It exploded and we could see it fall. We figured it was an intercepted missile or something. We each called authorities and got three different versions of "Nothing to worry about". But we saw it and it looked scary.
