Recommendation letters

Hey, what did everyone put down for rec letter writers? I'm debating between the PT I work for as a letter or a CAA after I get the chance to shadow them. My dilemma is that I would only be able to shadow the CAA for less than 15 hours and I've worked with the PT for a few months. 3 seems like a low number for rec letter writers so i just want to make sure it's all balanced.

I’d recommend you ask whoever can write you the strongest letter. Sounds like the PT would know you better than an AA you’ll shadow for a couple days. But if you show enthusiasm while shadowing I’m sure the AA could write you a good recommendation too, and it’s definitely good to have letters from people in anesthesia. My recs were from my current work supervisor, a professor from undergrad and an anesthetist. Good luck!
