I am Planning to take my GRE in Late Jan. All in hopes to be applying at Nova Tampa and Ft. Lauderdale.How bad would it be turning in a application in Feb?

Do well on the GRE and apply! The worst thing they can say is no, but you'll never know unless you apply! Best of luck to you on the GRE and your application(s)!

These schools accept students on a first-come, first-served basis. It's not "bad" to turn in your application late. But, the earlier you turn in your application, the higher your chances are at being accepted.
That being said, some spaces do open up within the last few months before school starts (people decide to go to other schools or decide to back out/change their mind). I know of a few people who applied late and still got in.
It doesn't hurt to apply, and it's good to get your name out there. Good luck.

I agree, the worst that could happen is not getting in...and you're guaranteed to not get in if you don't apply! I think it's worth a shot. Good luck!
