If you are someone that feel at ease to go to the OR on day one even though you have absolutely any knowledge or know whats going on in an OR Case western is fine because you start clinical right away. If you feel more that you want to get your knowledge base down before going to the OR NOVA is good because you only start clinical during the third semester so when you get into the room you know whats going on and understand. Furthermore NOVA have a bigger class than Case western (45vs20 something). At the end we are all AA's and have the same piece of paper. You just have to pick where you feel you belong the most or feel the most comfortable and match the type of person you are. This is why it is good that every program is a little bit different.
not sure if you know this or not but a hospital in Houston Texas is replacing 100 AA with CRNA. They need help fighting. This is just the beginning for all AA's
