Anyone else surprised by the utter lack of information that Case gives you with your acceptance letter? All it was was a letter that says you are accepted and gives an address to send your $3000 deposit too. It's ridiculous that they give us like two weeks to give them $3000 and that is before we even find out about tuition or financial aid or anything else. And if you can't get a loan in time that's just too bad because the deposit is nonrefundable. Honestly if I didn't know Case I would think it is a total scam to take people's money.

I completely understand. I have had mixed emotions since I received the acceptance letter. This is by far the biggest deposit I have seen. Even compared to medical schools

If it makes you feel better, Emory was like this as well. I got an email about immunizations a while back, but still haven't heard from financial aid or other student services. I imagine it's because they are finalizing the acceptances, and once the class is finalized and they know who will and will not be attending, they will send out this info. They did at least give us an estimated tuition cost during the interview so we're not blind to that. I've never taken out student loans so I'm not familiar with the process, but I'm going on faith that they will give me any info I need in time to make it work.
