emory acceptance

I was told we would would hear from Emory tomorrow. I haven't heard from them and no one else I have spoken to hears from them. Did anyone?

I recieved a rejection letter two weeks after I emailed them to inform them of my decision to accept another schools offer lol....I thought it was going to be a "thanks for your interest in our program" letter but nope.

It was this cycle. I was waitlisted during the early applicant interviews.

Yes, if anyone hears from Emory - please let us know. It would be nice to know when the main acceptances are sent out, especially since we have to notify other schools.

I was told at the interview that we would be notified Feb. 15th - 22nd.

It seems like in past years people were accepted a few days before they were told they would be notified, and I know this year, for early decision, we were told Dec 14-21 but some people found out as early as the 10th. I was notified the 12th. I wouldn't be too surprised if people heard back before Friday. Keep us updated!

Sarah I got accepted during early decision as well. Have you heard anything from them since? I'm wondering when we will start getting info like book list, schedule etc.

Nope, I sent in my tuition and acceptance fees and just got the email saying they'd been received. I'm assuming they are going to wait until the class is full to send the info to everyone. If you want, PM me your email. I'd love to get to know people also attending.

I think a facebook page would be a great way to get in touch. It looks like South has a closed group with one admin. Anyone want that undertaking?

My first message was a little boggled. I meant I was told they would notify acceptances this past Friday despite that the sheet they gave us says the 15th through the 22nd. I am sure they are just sticking to their original schedule, but just wanted to double check.

If I had to guess I would say they meant Monday. I seriously doubt they are notifying applicants on their day off.
