'Hi' - if you're really a Nova student then keep in mind that you're going to be classmates with the people you're responding to.
I called A.C.'s phone number on Friday afternoon and talked to her assistant, V.S. She said that they were aware that some of the letters were mailed out late so they would be understanding about the responses being slightly late. Just call on Monday morning and tell them that you are planning to enroll so that they can make a note in your file. You can pay the $500 through the bursar's office. If you call the main phone number, they'll transfer you to the right person. I paid by credit card over the phone.
